The row counter and needle stopper has a lobster clasp or lever back clasp attached which can be clipped to your knitting as you work.  It can also be on your needle as the large sized clasp will fit on needles up to 5mm (US 8) for the lobster clasp and 7mm (US 10.5) for the lever back clasp.  When not in use, it can be clipped to your project bag.
 
The rubber end stoppers can be attached to any needle size from 2mm by putting both loops around both needles together, to 9mm by putting one loop around each needle.
