Delivery Information
We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless delivery experience. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your items reach you safely and in a timely manner. We take great care in packaging your items and we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days from order. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday
UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail tracked 48 post at a cost of £2.75 Upgrade to tracked 24 is available on all orders and costs £3.75

DELIVERY IS FREE WITH A SPEND OVER £50

Tracked delivery is by Royal Mail. Tracked 48 is usually delivered 2-4 working days from dispatch.

Tracked 24 is usually delivered 1-2 working days from dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays due to the weather, postal service issues or busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas). If you have not received your order after 10 working days from dispatch, contact us.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail and is a tracked service at a cost of £12.00

Standard delivery is approximately 7-10 days however this is subject to change and we are not responsible for any delays due to the weather, postal service issues or busy times of the year (e.g Christmas). If you have not received your order after 20 working days from dispatch, contact us.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please be aware that you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of you, the customer, and must be paid to release your order from customs.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and are unable to estimate the exact amount you may be charged, as this varies by country and local regulations.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more detailed information.
US ORDERS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TARIFFS
Please note that US tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
All US orders will be sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) and will be applied when your order is placed.
From 29 August 2025, orders under USD $800 no longer qualify for de minimis exemption, meaning tariffs will be charged at the US border. These tariffs are payable by the US customer, and paid when the order is placed on the website. Royal Mail then charges the tariff on the shipping to allow Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)
Any orders with a value above the threshold amount for your country, will be charged import fees, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information price to placing your order.
EU COUNTRIES - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to changes to GPSR regulations in the EU, from 25th November 2024 we can no longer ship to any EU Countries including Northern Ireland due to the Windsor Framework.
Any orders placed from Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but is unforatunately out of our hands.

Return & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In the event of a problem, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalised items are exempt from this policy unless faulty.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the contact form to let us know the reason for the return and we will give you the return address details. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the items, we will issue a full refund or exchange if preferred.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked and insured delivery service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and refunds will only be given for the price of the items purchased at the price you originally paid.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a due to our error or the item is faulty.
